Tutor Profile: I am a highly skilled and experienced history teacher, lecturer and tutor. I have taught children and adults from key stage 3 (12-13) all the way up through GCSE, A Level and undergraduate degree level in history.
I have been privately tutoring for nearly three years now and have a track record in building students academically for the challenges of examination and also helping to improve self confidence.
I make sure that my students have access to me between tutorial sessions via phone or email so that I can address any of their questions or concerns. This is included in the price of regular tutoring sessions, and if I teach over the time agreed, there is no extra charge. I make sure that my students all have handouts, copies of video seminars and I also do online tutoring.
I believe I offer the most competative package of teaching and support for history. My areas of expertise are Russia, Nazi Germany, 19th Century Europe, the British Empire,The English Civil War, America in the 20th Century, the Cold War and the Middle East in the 20th Century. Most other areas of modern (16th Century +) history I can also teach to a very high standard.
