• Tutors Directory will abide by the Law and will provide information requested by Legal Government Departments and the Police

• Views and opinions stated in members profiles are not necessarily those of Tutors Directory, its Directors, employees or Affiliates

• Tutors Directory, its Directors, employees or Affiliates cannot be held responsible for the content of websites linked to Tutors Directory website

• Tutors Directory cannot be held responsible for any loss or harm experienced as a result of using the site

Members ("Tutors")

• Members agree not to use this service for any unlawful purpose

• Members agree to receive payment directly from the client

• Members agree to reply directly to client enquiries

• Members profile will not be presented within Tutors Directory until payment has been received

• Members profile will not be presented within Tutors Directory until administration has approved the content

• Members registering in Tutors Directory agree to provide truthful content for the profile

• Members registering in Tutors Directory must warrant that information given does not contravene any legislation governing the advertising of goods or provision of service

• Members profile must not contain any content that is liable to offend, that is: defamatory, racist, obscene, sexist, abusive, prejudiced

• Members are not obliged to renew their subscription

• Tutors Directory administration cannot guarantee the time lapse for updating new and modified profiles

Clients ("Students")

• Clients agree to pay the member directly

• Clients agree to make only genuine enquiries when contacting a member

• Tutors Directory, its Directors, employees or Affiliates cannot be held responsible for client refunds or with-held payments to members

• Clients agree not to use this service for any unlawful purpose

• Clients utilising Tutors Directory agree not to abuse this service

• Client enquiries will not be forwarded to members until administration has approved genuine content

• Tutors Directory administration reserve the right not to forward client enquiries

• Clients agree utilising the service of Tutors Directory is at Sole Risk. Tutors Directory, its Directors, employees or Affiliates cannot be held accountable legally or otherwise, without limitation

• Clients agree to accept sole responsibility in checking the suitability and credibility of the member when entering into a tutorial commitment

• Tutors Directory, its Directors, employees or Affiliates cannot guarantee a member contacting a client

• Clients agree that Tutors Directory, its Directors, employees and Affiliates are exonerated from any costs or liability resulting from losses, expenses, damages, violation incurred using this service
